This hub indexes documented cases where constitutional oversight authority existed and was not exercised, or was exercised properly and recorded.

Each entry links to a full case file containing verified reporting, documented authority, and the oversight actions taken or not taken.

This is not opinion. It is a public record.

This index documents constitutional oversight across all three branches of government

"CAN 2026 publishes only documented cases verified through primary sources including Congressional Record, court documents, official transcripts, and contemporaneous reporting. Categories expand as additional cases are researched and verified."
