Elections determine who holds power in the United States -- and who funds those elections shapes what winners do with that power. This page tracks major U.S. elections at the national level: who is running, how races are rated, where campaign money is coming from, who is spending outside the campaigns through Super PACs and dark money groups, and how incumbents have voted on major legislation.
The 2026 Senate midterms are the first installment. One third of the U.S. Senate is up for election in 2026, and control of the chamber is genuinely in play. House races, gubernatorial contests, and other significant elections will be added as the cycle develops.
All data is sourced from FEC filings, OpenSecrets, Ballotpedia, and verified news reporting, with cutoff dates noted throughout. Where donor activity and voting records overlap, those overlaps are noted as factual co-occurrences only -- no finding on this page implies corrupt intent or illegal conduct unless explicitly supported by an official investigation or court record.
