Welcome to Constitutional Accountability Now
You’re Now a CAN Member
Thank you for becoming a member of Constitutional Accountability Now (CAN).
Your membership supports a permanent, nonpartisan effort to document, analyze, and publish verified records concerning public officials’ adherence to their constitutional duties and oaths of office.
Membership exists to ensure this information remains accessible, consistent, and grounded in facts.
What to Expect as a Member
As a CAN member, you will receive:
Periodic email updates on CAN’s work and organizational progress
Notifications when new findings and standards-based determinations are published
State-level and state legislative district updates as CAN expands
Educational materials focused on constitutional governance and accountability standards
Updates are designed to inform, not to mobilize or persuade.
How Often You’ll Hear From Us
CAN communications are intentional and measured.
You can expect:
Updates tied to published work or organizational milestones
No daily messaging
No political advocacy or campaign-related communications
You may update your preferences or unsubscribe at any time.
What Membership Does Not Require
Being a CAN member does not require you to:
Donate
Promote CAN publicly
Engage in political activity
Support or oppose any candidate or party
Membership is about access to information and transparency, nothing more.
How Members Contribute
Some members choose to contribute by:
Staying informed and sharing published materials independently
Providing publicly available source material or tips, when invited
Supporting CAN financially as donors, if and when they choose
All participation beyond receiving updates is optional.
Transparency and Standards
CAN operates under strict internal standards:
Primary-source documentation
Clear separation between findings, determinations, and opinion
Nonpartisan, non-electoral discipline
No enforcement or advocacy authority
These standards apply at the national, state, and district levels.
Staying Connected
As CAN expands, this space may include:
Links to recent publications
State or district-specific updates
Transparency reports on organizational growth
For now, the best way to stay connected is through the updates you’ll receive by email.
Thank You for Being Here
Accountability works best when it is routine, visible, and grounded in facts.
Your membership helps make that possible.
